This is a conventional fixed and adjustable rate commercial mortgage loans in amounts of between $50K and $3MM. We will consider property mortgages up to 70% LTV, depending on the property type. We also consider the experience of the owner, ownership length, cash flow, credit reports, and the real estate appraisal.
